Our core mission is to provide a powerful video player that respects your privacy. Offln Scrl is designed to function entirely offline for its primary operations.

• Local Media: Your video files are processed on-device. We do not transmit, mirror, or store your media on any external servers.
• No Accounts: We do not require usernames, emails, or personal identifiers to use the app.

2. Data Collection & Safety

In compliance with the Google Play Data Safety requirements, we disclose the following collection practices used for application maintenance and monetization:

• Analytics: We use Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous telemetry (e.g., crash rates, device models, session frequency). This data is used solely to resolve bugs and improve stability.
• Advertising: Google AdMob may collect device-specific identifiers (Advertising IDs) to deliver relevant advertisements. This collection is governed by Google's advertising policies.

3. Permissions Usage

To provide its functionality, the app requests the following permissions:

• Media Storage Access: Required to scan and play video files stored in your device's directories. This access is local and strictly limited to media playback.
